Foreword
1. Acceptance of Terms
The CUSTOMER acknowledges having read, at the time of ordering, conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the company SOSHANGER INC through the website soshanger.ca and the CUSTOMER ,both parties fully accept.
These general conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document.
2. Products
SOS HANGER undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products (on the information sheets available on the SITE) and the compulsory information that the CUSTOMER must receive by virtue of the applicable law. The CUSTOMER undertakes to read this information carefully before placing an order on the SITE. Unless otherwise expressly indicated on the SITE, all products sold by SOS HANGER are new.
The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contract. If errors occur, in any case the responsibility of society SOSHANGER INC will be held liable.
All products offered to CUSTOMERS by SOS HANGER are available in our warehouse.
3. Order
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. SOSHANGER confirms the acceptance of its purchase order to the email address he has given. The sale will be concluded only after the payment confirmation of order.
SOSHANGER reserves the right to cancel any order from a CUSTOMER with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
The information provided by the CUSTOMER, when taking an order is this: in case of error in the recipient's details, SOSHANGER can not be held responsible for the failure in which it could deliver the product.
4. Delivery
After order confirmation, SOS HANGER agrees to submit to its carriers, all items ordered by the CUSTOMER within a maximum period of 48 working hours.
Also for deliveries outside of mainland Canada, the CUSTOMER agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of goods, customs duty and other taxes payable under the laws of the country of receipt of order.
In case of defects, the CUSTOMER has the right of return as provided herein.
SOS HANGER shall not be held responsible, or considered to have failed to comply with the present contract, for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is linked to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals.
Always check your package upon arrival. The CUSTOMER has a period of 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of shortages or damage.
5. Retraction
The CUSTOMER have 14 days from receipt of the items to get an opinion. For an exchange or refund, (the) item (s) new (s) in its (their) original packaging, intact, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation at the following address :

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, SOS HANGER is required to reimburse the sums paid by the CUSTOMER without any charge, except for sending & return shipping costs. Repayment is due within a maximum of 15 days.
6. Price
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
The price on the product description does not include shipping.
The price listed in the order confirmation is the final price, including tax regarding of the territory and the province.
This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, freight and commissioning.
7. Payment
The price charged to the CUSTOMER is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SOS HANGER.
The product price is payable the day of the order.
Payment is by credit card.
Secure online Stripes allows you to pay via a bank server in a secure environment.
The CUSTOMER is directed to the servers of the bank, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the shop server, ensuring even more important that your numbers are known only by our partner bank (Stripes).
The order validated by the CUSTOMER shall be considered effective only when the payment centers concerned have given their approval.
In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and the CUSTOMER notified by email.
In addition, SOS HANGER reserves the right to refuse any order from a CUSTOMER with whom there is a dispute.
8. Disputes
SOS HANGER can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible property, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold.
It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers. Responsibility of SOS HANGER will in any event, limited to the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products.
In case of difficulties in the application of the present contract, the CUSTOMER has the possibility, before any action in justice, to address in priority to SOS HANGER to obtain a friendly solution. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situations.
9. Personal data
SOS HANGER collects personal data about its CUSTOMERS on the SITE, including by means of cookies. CUSTOMERS can deactivate cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.
The data collected by SOS HANGER is used to process orders placed on the SITE until delivery, to ensure post-sale commercial follow-up, to manage the CUSTOMER's account, to analyse orders, to ensure the processing of statistics, and, if the CUSTOMER has chosen this option, to send him/her commercial prospecting mail, newsletters, promotional offers and/or information on special sales, unless the CUSTOMER no longer wishes to receive such communications from SOS HANGER.
CUSTOMERS can unsubscribe at any time by accessing their account or by clicking on the hyperlink provided for this purpose at the bottom of each offer received by e-mail. The data may be communicated, in whole or in part, to SOSHANGER's service providers involved in the order process. SOS HANGER
Furthermore, SOS HANGER undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or in return for payment, the details of its CLIENTS to a third party.
10. Specific clause for authorized retailers SOShanger
Professional clients and retailers: Due to the technical assembly of the producs we sell, we shall limit our sales to the professional clients which company is registered on the trade directory. This registration gives us the guarantee that they have a workshop and perform repairs of bikes
