Did you order the wrong product? Don't worry.

You can return it within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund you directly according to the payment method you used. (Excluding shipping and return costs).

However, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • - The product must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition. The packaging must not be damaged or show signs of wear.
  • - The product must be undamaged, with no signs of assembly or use.

(We may refuse a refund if it does not meet these conditions).

If your original order was eligible for free shipping, and the refund amount impacts this offer, we will deduct shipping costs from the refunded amount.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns and delivery. We cannot be held responsible if the returned item arrives damaged. Goods will be refunded on receipt, after inspection.

Have we made a mistake?

If you've sent us a request to identify a part (derailleur hanger, bearing or other) and we've got it wrong (yes, sometimes our super experts do get it wrong! It's rare, but it does happen).

Or your package contains the wrong part number:

We'll send you the right part as soon as possible, and of course we'll cover the return postage. We'll also send you a nice apology e-mail, and the person responsible will be obliged to pay the team for the pastries.
